It would be nice if someone tried virt-manager besides virt-viewer and virsh.Not sure what you mean by this - build virt-manager for windows?
Yes.Current binary downloads available at spice-space.org and other sites have virt-viewer, remote-viewer and virsh, but no virt-manager.
