[2.6.25] Oops on U60/SMP

	Hello,

Regression found in 2.6.25: seems only occurs with 2.6.25 (I cannot reproduce this bug, but it only occurs when I run program that mkes a lot of fork()). 2.6.24.3 does not have this bug. I haven't tried 2.6.24.4.
