Hello, I got this on 2.6.25-rc7 when the box was under heavy load. I was compiling kernel and (unfortunately) at the same time upgrading system. So ... the box went oops and I'm left with unusable box due to missing coreutils :) As soon as I bring it back to life I'll try to reproduce that on 2.6.25-rc9. It seems it happend when the box was running out of ram and started (or was close to) swapping. Hm ... not sure though. I'll get back if I get anything more substantial.
