Biatchux, a CDRom forensics kit

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi all,

I came across a new forensics package that integrates TCT and a number
of other forensics tools, and although it's an early release already
seems to be pretty functional.

Anyone have any experience with it yet? Interested in taking a look and
writing a quick summary of what they think for linuxsecurity.com?

"Biatchux is a portable bootable cdrom based distribution capable of
providing an immediate environment for performing forensics analysis,
incident response, data recovery, virus scanning and pen-testing. Also
capable of providing necessary tools for live forensics/analysis, just
mount the cdrom on your choice of OS win32, sparc solaris and x86 linux
trusted static binaries are available in /statbins."
