Nope, just port 25. No local users.

I have Red Hat 7.0 Server version installed, Very minimum software
installed, except for postfix, AmaViS & Kaspersky.

The mail wont be stored on the local server, it will be smtp forwarded to
X mailserver after it has been scanned for viruses.
