gimp comes with example script-fu which should be somewhere on your
computer.  $PREFIX/share/gimp/2.0/scripts for me.  you register them in
the script.  i have never tried to register them through the console, so
it might be possible -- if it is, it will use the same syntax as the
scripts will show.  the registery is a tuple....
