Betsie,
Try doing an
"iptables -L" command. If you have rules show up, you may need to change
some of them. To get rid of all of them while you figure out what really
should be there, do "iptables -F INPUT" command and see if that helps to isolate
the problem.

/etc/ftphosts
I can ftp from the server. The server rejects all
attempts to come in.
PNL. The servers are behind a firewall.
We want all users to be able to ftp.
