[Redhat-s390-list] Missing lcs.o from 8/17 version of tapekrnl and tapeinrd

Booting off of CD burned with the files from 8/17, my OSA-express failed initilization.

Typing "insmod lcs ..." manually after the boot completed, I received a "no module by that name" error.

I searched through the /lib/modules tree and didn't see lcs.o.

Did it accidentally get dropped from the 8/17 files?
