Doing some digging, I found the (relatively) recently developed dynamic buildrequires, and %generate_buildrequires.
What I'm looking to do is something analogous, but have %build or a %install generate additional dependencies to
supplement Requires:, Provides:, and the automatically-generated dependencies.
I suppose I can override %__find_requires and %__find_provides, and have that run my own script first, then the
default ones.
