The reason for not doing the installation in the %install is that I'm
not sure that the ids_install just create the target directory with its

HeHe, i have packaged some time ago websphere and Tivoli EP and
many commercial product.It is almost simple, if you follow some sane
guideline, as don't strip the binary, non produce useless debug info.

It is simple as a packaging a tarball in generalm here a toy example
