It doesn't resolve my problem:
$ ./configure --prefix=/usr CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/include/nspr -I/usr/include/nss"
checking dwarf.h usability... no
checking dwarf.h presence... no
checking for dwarf.h... no
checking nspr.h usability... yes
checking nspr.h presence... yes
checking for nspr.h... yes
checking nss.h usability... no
checking nss.h presence... no
checking for nss.h... no
configure: error: missing required NSPR / NSS header

But as you can see, nspr.h is now found.
The problem is just for nss.h.

Do you know why it doesn't find it?
