This is not a 64 bit dependency, this instead is
libstdc++.so.6(GLIBCXX_3.4.14) (64 bit). So, IMHO, there is only a
problem of a missing 32 dependency. Isn't it ?

Yes, some loong time ago rpm switched to the internal dependency
generator for a proper multiarch support.
