Likely 4.4.3 or 4.4.4 abt 2.5 years ago for /etc/rpm/sysinfo.
The soname(...) probe dependency was implemented abt 1.5 years ago,
mebbee 4.4.6.
See the CHANGES file if you want precise versions.
Both are present in rpm-5.0 released Saturday.
