Yep. Add --rcfile explicitly if you want previous behavior.

Okay, this is described in the CHANGES file. But: How I must configure rpm to build i686 packages instead of pentium4 packages?


Adding --target i686-linux builds for i686/linux.

I've set this in /etc/rpm/macros but it will ignored completely.

%_arch i686
%_build_arch %{_arch}


Likely not the right thing to do.
