Well, yes.  Neither does LSB... it means "distribution that implements
that specific LSB version".  That becomes the selector instead of
distro_vendor/version.  However, the effect is pretty similar,
since LSB 3 is likley to be implemented by newer systems such as
RHEL4, SLES9, etc. which RH 7.3 won't.

Anyway, there's no reason not to continue down the track you're
going down, I just wanted to pipe up and point out that wasn't
the same approach LSB was taking.
