Neither does LSB... it means "distribution that implements that specific LSB version". That becomes the selector instead of distro_vendor/version. However, the effect is pretty similar, since LSB 3 is likley to be implemented by newer systems such as RHEL4, SLES9, etc. which RH 7.3 won't.
