In the %install section.

%post commands executed during package installation

isn't the %post commands executed after package installation ???
For e.g. if I want to execute a make file which is present in my installed location say /home/test/test.mk, which would be put there only after my files are copied as part of install, if I put it in my %install section also it will work???
