Hi,

I was wondering if I can safely change ~/.rpmmacros after rpmbuild
has been started, without affecting the running rpmbuild, even
if multiple RPMs are built in sequence by that rpmbuild.

Initialization happens early, and when BuildArch: or --target triggers re-initilization.

--target is prolly the biggest window.
