Query that returns spec header in canonical format

I'm reconstructing a spec file from a binary RPM to use with a tarball. The original packager "cheated" and used a GUI RPM builder <http://krpmbuilder.sourceforge.net/> and didn't supply the resulting spec file, so I need to extract something equivalent from his binary RPM. I know I can just use "rpm -qip" (and also grab the changelog) and do a bit of work with a text editor, but it would be nice if there were a standard query format to extract something suitable for a skeleton spec file.
