hello Shekhar,
   Create a desktop file (for more info refer files in
/usr/share/applications ). and copy to /usr/share/applications/. A
sample desktop file is included here:

[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Name=Nila Editor
Name[ml]=Nila Editor
Comment=Developed by C-DIT
Exec=/usr/bin/nila-editor
Icon=/usr/share/pixmaps/aarogya.png
Terminal=false
Type=Application
Categories=Application;Office;
StartupNotify=true
