I add a little explanation on IRC by Jeff Johnson: it allow to check on which 
arch was build the src.rpm and give a clue to trace the link src => binary 
(binary was really built from same src.rpm) with the COOKIE tag.

But I understand your surprise, everybody is surprised to discover the arch 
tag on src.rpm.
