Not completely true: if I make the src.rpm with rpmbuild -bs, the %{arch}
is filled with the arch that *would be* the arch of then binary rpm *if*
I would have built that.  My point was that the value of %{arch} in
src.rpm's is in fact useless and better should be set to none.
