Note that "apt4rpm" isn't the apt port for RPM; it's a set of tools for
managing apt or yum metadate. This is very confusing and arguably bad, but
too late. The apt port of RPM is called "APT-RPM" (or just "apt", and is
made by Brazilian Linux distributor Conectiva.
