Browse max_rpm: http://www.redhat.com/docs/books/max-rpm/max-rpm-html/index.html I must say I could not find it there myself, but I still have a feeling you should try putting a tag near the "Version: 123" line, with "Epoch: 1". If I recall correctly, the tag names are case insensitive.
