I find that even though kgpg has no trouble importing them, for keys 0x9bb19a22 & 0x5dfbf7dc.asc, rom --import fails silently (to judge by the lack of appropriate output from rpm -qa | grep gpg ), while 0x87031973 causes it to announce its failure.
