Do you have a URL showing where I can pick up the rpm-4.1.? rpm or patch?
ftp.rpm.org is my preferred location. If you are looking for an update to a particular vendors product, I suggest you look at the vendors errata or contact the vendor.

The first version of RPM 4.1 has a bug in it's relocation code. It simply does not work. (I believe later version of RPM 4.1.x fix this problem.)
