I have a problem when I want to update packages in Fedora Core 1 like I

[root@charlie fedoraNow]#
I rebuilded the RPM's DB
[root@charlie fedoraNow]# rpm -vv --rebuilddb
after removing the files Pubkeys, __db.00{1,2,3} into /var/lib/rpm
directory but it doesn't work
I have rpm-4.2.1-0.30 in a Fedora Core 1 system
