%configure macro in .spec file.

What are the options for the %configure macro in an RPM .spec file.

I'd like to make it exclude the --infodir option for a configure script that 
doesn't recognise it (postgresql), but I'd prefer for it to remain set when 
building RPMs with configure scripts that do recognise it.
