Does rpm support patching a binary rpm package?

For example:

1. I install a package [A.rpm] which puts down 100 files on the system.

2. Can I create another rpm [A.rpm - patch] sometime later,
   which
     - replaces 2 existing files and
     - copies 2 new files
without disturbing the rest of the files installed by the previous
installation of A.rpm?

Thanks
