rpmbuild -bb specfile.spec --showrc rpmbuild -bb specfile.spec --showrc | grep whateveryouwanttosee
Um, that shows macros defined by rpm, but _not_ those for the given package. (Unless that changed after 4.1?) I don't see anything in that output specific to the given spec file.
