You are. Alsa is definitely included in FC6 installation ISO images:

FC-6-i386-disc1/Fedora/RPMS/alsa-lib-1.0.12-2.fc6.i386.rpm
FC-6-i386-disc1/Fedora/RPMS/alsa-utils-1.0.12-3.fc6.i386.rpm
