[Sound] alsa 0.9.0rc3 quick fix; alsa 0.9.0rc4 release

There was a note on www.alsa-project.org to yank isapnp.h from 0.9.0rc3. 
 Guess I did that in 7.3 (explaining...) :<{

Turns out 0.9.0rc4 was posted on www.alsa-project.org yesterday, and it 
works for me out of the box, though beware of their latest catch:


"We have changed the kernel module symbol names (module option names). 
We removed prefix 'snd_'. Please, update your /etc/modules.conf files by 
hand or use our alsa-driver/utils/module-options script which does this 
job."
