 Okay, we have 2 opinions here.

In any event, if I understand "rebuild"  to mean configure, make, make 
install, I did or, to be more precise, tried to.  Make on 
alsa-driver-0.9.0rc3  has bombed since I went from Valhalla to Psyche. 
(Am I going in circles?  Maybe I misunderstand what "rebuild" means.)
