[Sound] RedHat 8.0 end Sound Card ESS1869

I've recently installed the RH 8.0 The system does not detect my old 
sound card ESS 1869 I've used the graphical tool with no luck since it 
does not have a manual setup BUT only an automatic setup which does not 
recognize my card.
When I load Gnome (on Redhat Linux 8.0,) sound going so noisy.
When I type in GOME-Terminal:
maestros@xxxxxxxxx maestros]$ cd /usr/bin/
[maestros@xxxxxxxxx bin]$ redhat-config-soundcard
I receive:
(redhat-config-soundcard.py:6971): Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported 
by Xlib
(redhat-config-soundcard.py:6971): Gdk-WARNING **: can not set locale 
modifiers

Can anybody help me out with this, please?
