In Administrative Tools, it's just called 'Services'. Once in there, there
should be a service called 'Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing
(ICS)'. Stop this service, and then change it from automatic to disabled.
If you installed SP2, then this service would have been installed. I had to
do the same thing on a windowsxp workstation to see my samba shares again.
As it was blocking them.
