The chipset of the card, I don't know, but if you google it, you find pages saying "works like a NE2000, module ne.o" or needing the pcnet_cs driver. Other info: If I boot with the card in and Damn Small Linux live cd, I get: (cardmgr 3.2.2) cardmgr[55]: socket 0: NE2000 Compatible Ethernet cardmgr[55]: executing 'modprobe pcnet_cs' with one beep. I am starting to have the bad feeling that at some point the kernel/pcmcia development (not any distro) introduced a bug that simply makes some chipset not work anymore...
