You may use one of the re-partitioning tools mentioned by others or
download the first Mandrake CD. Start with it as if you would install,
use their partitioning tool to resize your partitions and then you may
abort.

Maybe Knoppix (www.knoppix.net) has a similar tool on its live CD, but
I'm not shure.

Fedora is currently notvery well equipped for your purpose.
