Thank you.  Apparently I was wrong about any HTML email triggering the
problem.  I can create an HTML email in evolution and it does not.  If I
go into the one that I am testing (which was sent from outlook) using vi
and remove the <FONTFACE="Arial"> tags, it prints without delay.  If I
send it to a file, it comes out about right at 338k.

I'm wondering if it is cramming a huge amount of unnecessary font
information into the postscript file under certain conditions.
