I am trying to update my version of Up2date so I can update a new
install of RH9.

Error message:

# up2date up2date
There was an SSL error: [('SSL routines', 'SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE',
'certificate verify failed')]
A common cause of this error is the system time being incorrect. Verify
that the time on this system is correct.

I FTP'ed the updated up2date package, and installed it. The time thing was still a problem, so I changed the time and all is well. I have succesfully updated my new system.

Thank you all for your help -

Sincerely-
Gable
