This is the case with Sophos. It is the case with a fair percentage of other requests; the first hit, or one of the first few, is the one of interest. The question: Is google *really* that hard to use, still has YES for the answer in the general case. and I'd venture a guess that the post you put up asking of google was that hard to use was no easier than one that included the link to Sophos.
