> Thanks for the reply.  Yes I checked the sendmail.cf entry for where the aliases file is located.  I even tried changing the entry to a new location and creating an aliases file there.  Again it didn't help.  Yes, I have checked to make sure the system is running sendmail.  I have other boxes running sendmail and they don't have this problem, which is why it is so puzzling to me.

Stupid question time:  Did you run "newaliases" after you modified your 
/etc/aliases file?
