kernel 2.6.3 + modprobe errors

having some problems with modprobe..

I keep getting these sort of errors in the /var/log/messages

net_pf_10 not found
ide_probe_mod
char-major-4-64
/dev/mapper/control <-- this is when I compile the kernel(make
modules_install install)

kernel : spurious 8259A interrupt: IRQ7
cdrom: This disc doesn't have any tracks I recognize!
atkbd.c: Unknown key released (translated set 2, code 0x7a on
isa0060/serio0).
atkbd.c: This is an XFree86 bug. It shouldn't access hardware directly.
atkbd.c: Use 'setkeycodes e005 <keycode>' to make it known.

modprobe: FATAL: Module ide_probe_mod not found. 
modprobe: FATAL: Module ide_probe not found. 
scsi.agent[5449]: disk at
/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.1/usb3/3-1/3-1:1.0/host0/0:0:0:0
modprobe: FATAL: Module block_major_2_0 not found. 
modprobe: FATAL: Module block_major_2_1 not found. 
modprobe: FATAL: Module block_major_2_2 not found. 
modprobe: FATAL: Module block_major_2_3 not found. 
modprobe: FATAL: Module ohci1394 not found. 

This happens when I plugin my usb memory key
modprobe: FATAL: Module usb_storage already in kernel. <--I compiled it as a
module
kernel: updfstab: numerical sysctl 1 23 is obsolete.

Anyone has any solution or suggestions is welcomed.
