Thanks for the explanation and the pointers. I will try as soon as I
manage to download everything and get hold of a PC powerful enough to
compile KDE.

My question was slightly different however: has anybody already
_packaged_ in RPM format Qt/KDE 3.2/KOffice 1.3 for shrike? If yes,
what is the URL?
