Listen carefully. The dependencies of the packages are correct. Did you
add the missing packages (e.g. gpgme03)? RHL9 ships with gnupg-1.2.1-3 and
has been updated to 1.2.1-4. In case you confuse the RHL9 installation
attempt with RHL8.0 (where a gnupg from "patches" repository is needed),
try again and don't guess. Or post some detailed error messages and let
people instruct you on how to install the package(s). Just claiming that
the "versions supplied by RH9 weren't high enough" without providing facts
is a bad habit.
