When I do media check without vmware (that means I
reboot my machine with redhat cd and do media check) I
do not have this media check problem. Note that I dont have problem with disc 1 and disc 3.

Looks like a problem with the burning (too fast) or the cd-reader (too cheap :)
If you downloaded the iso's why do you burn them on cd when you can configure vmware to use the iso files as virtual cd's?
