None of the 32 bit pci cards are backward compatable.  The 64 bit may
be backward compatible, but have yet to find any 32 bit pci video
cards that would work in a 64 bit slot - even though it has the key
and physically plugs into the slot!  Also, I have not found any 3.3V
key 64-bit slot soundcards.
