How do I secure the X server on a gateway/router box using iptables? $nmap localhost shows... 6000/tcp open X11 My current iptables seem to block lower ports but what about applications like X11 that run on higher ports? I want to allow/disallow access to standard ports and block all higher ports from being accessed from the net! Is there a web based iptables admin script that will allow me to change which port is closed or open on the fly? I other words, I want quick access to iptables via a web interface. jay -- Sometimes I feel like a rat in a cage... -- Shrike-list mailing list Shrike-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/shrike-list
