By default, the apt package from fedora.us ships with a preconfigured
sources.list file. To include "testing", it would read:

  rpm http://download.fedora.us/fedora fedora/1/i386 os updates stable testing

Other examples on adding these repositories can be found on the
http://rpm.livna.org main page. Worth a look.
