Well.. some apps really misbehaves and does not want to close.. It has to be
shut by 'force ! -9' And some apps, even when you click on the close button,
the little window does not come out. The only time when I've seen it come
out is when I run evolution 1.4.4

I've had some issues with xine and some other apps.

That's why.
