Problems with apache or I think is the Apache with RedHat Linux 9.0 consumes all the memory

I don´t know what is happening I increase the memory RAM from 768MB to 1.5GB and the system still crashing, and the only messages that the syslog registered is the following:

Dec  6 05:07:43 correo kernel: kmod: runaway modprobe loop assumed and stopped
Dec  6 05:22:40 correo kernel: kmod: runaway modprobe loop assumed and stopped
Dec  9 05:29:40 correo kernel: kmod: runaway modprobe loop assumed and stopped
Dec  9 05:40:01 correo kernel: kmod: runaway modprobe loop assumed and stopped
this was the dmesg that appears in the console,

I´m running RedHat Linux 9.0 in a netfinity 4500R with 1.5Gb of Memory RAM running apache 2.0.40, I saw the processes and the every httpd subprocess consumes more than 20Mb and sometimes I get more than 50 subprocesses running.

Can you help me? I really need another vision to check in my server because this is too weird.

Thanks,

Luigi
