RE: managed service providers licensing options?

We tried that. We have been having a very hard time getting to the
right people in sales. Everyone we have talked with has told us that
the pricing is on the web site and that we can buy online. Are the only
licensing options Red Hat offers the two options I see on the site? If
anyone has a good sales contact that they have worked with I welcome the
info.
